At Express UR Soles, we take pride in crafting custom footwear tailored to your unique vision. To ensure a smooth design process, please review the following terms:
Design Approval & Edits
- You will receive a mock-up of your custom shoe design for approval before production begins.
- One complimentary edit is included with your order.
- Any additional edits beyond the first revision will incur a $10 fee per edit, which must be paid before we proceed with further modifications.
Production & Delivery
- Once the design is approved, production will take 7-10 business days before the item is ready to ship.
- Shipping requires 15-20 working days, so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only available for defective or damaged items.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
